We (Anglo American) were contacted by Ray Winston of Sir Winston Eyewear of California, who wanted to be our agent. An important client of Sir Winston was optician Dennis Roberts of Optique Boutique in Los Angeles, U.S.A. He supplied spectacles and sunglasses for Elvis Presley, Sammy Davies Jr and many others. Elton John was a regular client, who chose many of our Anglo American styles.
